Salary:
£23,000 (+OTE of
over £3,000 per year)

Location:
Sheffield


Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm and one Sunday 10am-4pm every month.


We are currently recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and passionate Customer Support Agent to join a fast-growing consumer credit start-up who are a multi-award-winning digital payments platform for the automotive industry.

You will be reporting into our Collections Manager and your main duties are to handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls and live chat, ranging from taking payments to assisting customers with a range of queries.


Main responsibilities:


  • Answering customer enquiries
  • Review accounts that are behind on their payments to determine appropriate action
  • Contacting customers to agree satisfactory and appropriate payment arrangements
  • Adhering to timescales and regulatory requirements to ensure reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Achieving targets for quality and productivity

Qualifications and Experience

  • Track record as a Customer Service Agent/Customer Support
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Organisation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for Customer Service
