We are looking for a keen administrator to support the team primarily by managing, recording and organising KLM UK Engineering's Technical Data and Occurrence Reporting.


KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • To ensure data is maintained in accordance with regulatory standards
  • System support to ensure availability of working document systems to users
  • Manage publication of information to ensure required documentation is available and easily retrieved
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the S&C Department
  • Assistance and Administration support for the Aviation Occurrence system
  • Administration of personnel licensing and authorisation system
  • S&C IT System Administration


Due to the nature of the environment and the need to interact with the team and the department, the position is primarily site based.


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL

  • Have an eye for processes and detail
  • Enjoy a systematic approach to work
  • Be able to work on several projects at the same time
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Work on their own initiative
  • Experience of working in a Quality or Compliance department would be beneficial
  • Experience of a working in a highly regulated environment would be advantageous
