If so this could be a great opportunity to manage a small team for a well established manufacturer who provide water storage and waste water solutions.


About the role


The Business Development Manager will be one of a small management team who will drive forward the development of this progressive business to realise its full potential in the tank business.

Consequently, the job incumbent - although perhaps young in years
- will have appropriate management experience and commercial acumen but, most importantly, a hunger to grow an already successful business.


The job incumbent will:
- (a) proactively contribute to the
commercial management and growth of the Tank business to £1.5million of invoiced sales per annum over 36 months from appointment.

(b) develop and implement plans to significantly
enhance the efficiency and effectivenessof the sales and marketing activities.


About you
-
Experience in Technical Field Sales of at least 5-7 years
  • Technical sales knowledge and qualifications are essential in establishing credibility and in undertaking the problem solving solution selling aspects of this key role.

Experience in the preparation of tenders, technical quotations and understand of financial instruments including advanced payment guarantees, bonds etc

Experience in attending site for site measurement, lifting operations etc:

Marketing- experiencing in preparing marketing strategy and tactile sales plans.

Strong Presentation Skills- the preparation and presentation of technical presentations will be key skill required for the success of this role.

Strong IT Skills with extensive experience in the use of powerpoint, excel, work and outlookand CRM programme Prospectsoft.
