Job Title:
IT Support Technician

Location:
Leicester, Leicestershire, England

Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000 DOE

Your main responsibilities will include:

Resolving technical issues and providing technical advice.
Troubleshooting network and hardware issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Managing and maintaining computer systems, networks and security systems.
Setting up and configuring user accounts and providing user support.

Technical Skills Required:

Experience with network and hardware setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent understanding of computer systems and technology.
Knowledge of web technologies, web design and development.
Knowledge of database administration and network security.
Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
