The programme is targeted at experienced professionals who are looking to return to work after an extended career break of 18 months or more and who are interested in returning to the Financial Services sector.
We welcome people who are returning to the workplace after a career break, whether that was to look after family, provide care, for health reasons, travel, volunteering, study or time out.

The Role:
The Enterprise Risk Management function operates across the insurance and asset management businesses, and M&G plc Group.
It maintains the overall Risk Management Framework and is responsible for a range of enterprise-wide risk management processes, reporting to the Board, Board Committees, Executive Committees and sub-committees thereof.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- To support the development and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework, including risk policies and standards, and advise on the attestation against policy requirements in line with the Group Governance Framework
- To support the bottomup, topdown and emerging risk processes
- To advise on and support the implementation of PRA and FCArelated processes for which the team is responsible e.g., the ORSA and ICARA processes
- To support the coordination and production of regulatory disclosures, including ORSA, ICARA, Solvency and Financial Condition Reports and Regular Supervisory Reports
- To advise Finance on content relating to risks and uncertainties in the annual report and accounts of the Company's legal entities
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Working knowledge of Life, Pensions and Investment products, markets and competitors
- Working knowledge of risk methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in liaising, influencing and negotiating effectively with internal parties and external parties
- Experience in asset management and insurance markets, and how regulations are applied
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of Industry best practices and good network/links with individuals and external bodies
- Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
- Experience in providing input on regulatory/business developments
- Experience in ICARA and ORSA
- Experience in Risk Identification bottomup, top risks and emerging risks
- Experience in developing Risk Management Frameworks policies, standards, appetite statements/limits
