Your role

  • Do you want to play a key role in driving the evolution of the UBS Digital Assets strategy and transform the way our industry operates
  • We're looking for a Crew Product Lead for Virtual Assets to:
  • Own the overall quality of the crew's products; the issuance platform for tokenized securities and a blockchain based gold offering, including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes
  • Formulate the crew's longterm vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results as well as representing the crew in the quarterly business review
  • Lead the crew in agile practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
  • Interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
  • Line manage product managers and/or product chapter lead
  • Partner closely with the Crew Technical Lead, aligned businesses and Central Digital Assets initiatives.

Your team

  • You'll be working in the Open Platforms and Ecosystems team in London, Zurich & Krakow focusing on launching UBS' first Virtual Asset products and building out both tokenization and custody capabilities.

Your expertise

  • Proven track record in innovation and turning early stage ideas into products
  • Background in securities issuance and trading, digital assets & ecosystems and blockchain technology
  • Strong product leadership skills as well as several years of experience with a significant budget responsibility
  • Outstanding leadership skills promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver, mastery of skills and purposeful work
  • Datadriven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
  • Focus on client centricity and commercial success
  • Ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
