The Subsidence Claims Handler will be responsible for:
Management of the end to end claims process for Subsidence Property claims, on behalf of domestic and commercial clients
Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Work to set KPIs and client SLAs
Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.
Champion the company's ethics and values
The Subsidence Claims Handler will need to have:
Prior Claims Handling/Insurance experience, ideally subsidence claims but other areas of insurance will be considered
Personal Integrity - aligned with company values
Possess a true 'can do' attitude
An eagerness to learn and develop themselves.

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
