We are currently looking for a zero hours Viewings Assistant to join our Build to Rent Team across the Leeds area.

Key Responsibilities of a Viewings Assistant:
- Meeting new applicants on site
- Organising & carrying out viewings
- Maintain regular contact the Build to Rent team in relation to coordinating viewings and viewing feedback
- Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord's instructions
- Discuss and hand over any offers received to the Build to Rent team
- Have a good understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitors
Experience & Skills Required to be a successful Viewings Assistant:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have access to a personal mobile and laptop device
- Previous experience within an estate agent in a negotiator role or in a sales environment, an advantage but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
