Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of compliance, including data protection and GDPR regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance and development of the company's CRM and database systems
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Manage office operations and facilities, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, as required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the recruitment or IT industries
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
