Attention all administrative professionalsKey Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of compliance, including data protection and GDPR regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and development of the company's CRM and database systems
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Manage office operations and facilities, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, as required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the recruitment or IT industries
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
