London Wall (hybrid 1-2 days a week in office)

Pay Rate:
Circa £500 - £550 inside IR35
Our client has a mission to build the bank of the future, and they need your help to do it
Project Manager will be leading on implementation of Merchant Services propositions.

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cash Management & Payments Platform team.

The Lab is leading a portfolio of projects that will deliver significant transformation in the Merchant Services part of the business.

Reflecting significant shifts in the way our business customers accept payments from their customers the programme of work aims to deliver 2-3x income growth alongside significant improvements in customer satisfaction.

This will transform this business into a significant business line for the Group and ensure that we can address more of our customers' needs in a way that suits them through increased digitisation and a cohesive end to end service proposition

Working alongside our partners in the Commercial Bank will put you at the heart of the payments agenda for some of our largest corporate clients.

About you:

You've a welldeveloped communication kit bag with extensive customer & stakeholder management experience
You can influence partners of all levels and balance partners expectations and facilitate discussions across high risk and complexity or under constrained timescales.
You will understand, embrace and be able to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change.

Skills & Experience:

Proven & demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager in a complex regulated environment preferably from within Financial Services.
Project delivery background using waterfall & Agile methodologies
Experience of working within a highly controlled project environment with proven track record in risk management
Background in delivery of medium to largescale projects by working within an established programme management plan.
Strong communicator and able to liaise with Ops and IT colleagues and client contacts
Previous background working within Commercial Banking Industry
Solid understanding of the Merchant Services landscape including experience working with Acquiring and Gateway products & services and PointofSale Systems & Terminals.
Demonstrable experience delivering regulatory & mandatory changes within Financial Sector environment

Experience working with tools like Jira & Confluence
