This new role as Project Support Assistant is an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing team to design and deliver that agenda and really make a difference to our patients, services users, carers and our people.


The Project Support Assistant role is based within the Partnerships and Transformation Directorate and is responsible for providing administrative and project support as part of a dynamic new team.

The post holder will work alongside leaders from across the Trust to deliver theTrust Strategy


The Project Support Assistant will be able to maintain and develop professional relationships, have common sense of purpose and responding positively to change.

  • Perform basic project administration
  • Preparing agendas, action logs and meeting packs.
  • Effective liaison with partners and internal department.
  • Development of documents e.g. minutes, spreadsheets, slides, reports to KMPT branding/standard
