A successful university campus goes beyond buildings. It's about the environment, atmosphere, and people, creating a sense of home for students to feel safe, secure, and thrive.

At UPP, we value these aspects and provide dedicated on-site teams at our partner universities. They offer facilities management services to ensure building safety and enhance student life quality.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Partnership Team in London or Nottingham.

This 15-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) requires 22.5 hours per week. The salary is £19,623 per annum.

The Team Administrator role involves providing efficient administration and project support to the Partnerships function, contributing to our commitment to deliver top-tier student accommodation with high occupancy levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide effective administration service and project support
  • Manage team enquiries, documentations, and activity scheduling
  • Communicate with university partners, contractors, and internal departments as needed
  • Draft and maintain essential documents like risk registers and presentations
  • Assist in organizing team events and producing management reports
  • Support business process reviews for strategic delivery

We provide an engaging work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days pro rata holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, pension, cycle to work scheme, and UPP Rewards portal access for discounts at various retailers, restaurants, and gyms.

Employees also receive two paid volunteering days annually to support a charity of their choice.
