If so, we have an excellent opportunity to present to you. We have been appointed to exclusively recruit for a privately owned and expanding services provider.

My client is looking to add to their friendly and talented team with the appointment of an HR Manageron a permanent basis.

This may well represent your first move to Manager level.

Based out of their Leeds head office, you will ideally already have CIPD L5 or CIPD L7, have practical HR Generalist experience and be seeking to develop further.

You will haveoutstanding communication and organisational skills.

Reporting to a supportive and dynamic Co-Founder with a passion for developing others, you will become part of a passionate and friendly team.

You will have a very broad and varied role, developing the HR function in its entirety. Your duties will extend to all aspects of Employee Relations, HR Policies & Procedures, Recruitment, and Performance Management. With the development of the role, you willalso lead key projects such as employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication. You will champion organisational development and change management projects. Furthermore, you will develop the MI reporting from an HR perspective. You will be supported by anHR Advisor. You will be expected to foster good relationships with stakeholders, and act with integrity and professionalism. You will also support on a variety of projects across wellbeing, on-boarding, business improvement, employee relations and engagement.
