The Centre of FinTech, based at the Royal Docks School of Business and Law, University of East London, wishes to recruit a fixed-term Research Associate.


The centre will be working on two different projects; 'Adopting Central Bank Digital Currencies in Africa: A Multidisciplinary Perspective' and 'Institutional Requirements for Financial Technology Development in Africa'.

Your main responsibility will be to undertake supervised research activity for two projects:1) 'Adopting Central Bank Digital Currencies in Africa: A Multidisciplinary Perspective' and 2) 'Institutional Requirements for Financial Technology Development in Africa' as part of a research team and under the supervision of Dr Iwa Salami, Director of The Centre of FinTech, as Principal Investigator. You will also be tasked to consolidate work and records, produced by others within the project.

You will also contribute to the delivery of a project by providing related research and administrative support in relation to project deliverables.
