- Our client is looking for an Air Export Clerk with a minimum of 3 years Export experience handling Pharma/GDP
- Boxtop and Sequoia experience would be helpful
- Main duties:
- Quoting
- Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
- Export Customs Entries
- Invoicing
- Completing varied export jobs from start to finish
- Occasionally arranging roadfreight shipments, entries, T1 declarations
- The hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- You will also be part of an Export on call rota 1 week in 12, which would include weekend coverage (remotely from 6pm Friday to 9am the following Friday
- Personal skills
- Good communication
- Well organised, able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
- Good commercial awareness
- You will ideally hold a valid CO certificate
- Salary GBP35K
- GBP37K basic plus on call rota allowance
- Holidays 21 days rising to 25 days
