Our client, based just outside of Norwich city centre in superb offices with plenty of car parking, is looking for a hardworking, committed administrator to join their operations team.
The company is known for its fantastic team spirit, a super-friendly environment,who offer excellent training and support to all staff.
The role will involve liaison with both internal and external customers so an excellent telephone manner is needed along with very good persuasion and influencing skills You will be responsible for maintaining records and files for all the company's projectsensuring they are all up-to-date and filed meticulously.
You will attend meetings, taking notes and typing up as required and produce reports so good note-taking and IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) are needed.
Ideally you will have some experience in an engineering or construction related field, possibly within architects, structural engineers, surveying or similar.
Annual salary up to £24,500 with excellent benefits - role is office based 5 days per week, 37 hours full time.
