Description
Outline and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an HR generalist with proven ability to manage strategic HR projects and advise on terms & conditions of employment.
In this role you will have project responsibility for a number of areas including strategic planning, policy development and legal and procedural updates.
You will work closely with Senior leadership and workplace representatives, including supporting our biennial Pay and Terms & Conditions Negotiations process.
The role also includes HR reporting and analysis, manpower planning and recruitment support, as well as managing a small team.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Ideally, Degree Qualified (in a relevant discipline) and CIPD qualified
Prior experience working within a fast paced HR or Employee Relations team
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker
Excellent communication and team working skills
Creative and forward thinking
