Description

The purpose of the role is to provide direct and impactful support to service pupils and families so that they settle quickly into their communities.

This will include emotional and practical support for transition and pastoral and welfare support in response to the bespoke challenges faced by service pupils and their families.

The postholder will be expected to develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with service families, local military bases and organisations and the trust schools in order to unite our service families and support our military pupils to thrive - emotionally, socially and academically.

Have a real understanding of what it is like to be a service pupil and how they can be best supported
Have strong interpersonal skills
Are selfmotivated, show initiative and can work well under pressure

range of backgrounds to represent diversity in line with our schools' community.
