Responsibilities for Senior Maintenance Administrator

Deliver a full range of administrative services to support the Repairs, Maintenance and improvements of the housing stock
To provide administrative support to other sections of the business where necessary
Respond to routine correspondence and telephone enquiries from tenants, board members, colleagues and other agencies in a professional manner
Come from a Strong technical background in housing maintenance
Is motivated towards excellence and customer service
Experienced in using Orchard
