Build / Restoration Technician

Location:
Oxfordshire

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Company Package
Hours: 08:30 AM to 17:30 PM (Monday to Friday) - can be flexible
They are a family-run business based in North Oxfordshire that are known for the restoration of classic, prestigious vehicles. They are looking to expand their build / restoration team due to continuous growth of the business.

The technician will focus on evaluating each bespoke project that comes through and should have a skill set that allows them to be able to build a classic vehicle from scratch meaning a good eye for detail is a must.

You will need to be able to or have an understanding of the following:

Mechanical experience of working with classic cars
All aspects of automotive mechanical strip and rebuild
Carry out fit and finish on mechanical and bodywork
Dismantling, assessing and refurbishment of parts and trim
Reassembly with refurbished or new parts as required including welding and fettling where necessary
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems is advantageous
