If so, Graf UK Ltd, a leading company in the water management industry, is looking for you to join our team as the Chief Concierge at our head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire.


As the Chief Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors to our premises.

You will be the welcoming face that leaves a lasting impression and makes everyone feel at home.

Whether it's a visitor coming in for a meeting, product training, or simply to drop something off, you will be remembered for being the most welcoming and friendly person they've interacted with that day.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering phone calls and door enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Managing and maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Assisting team members with administrative tasks and providing support to help them succeed
  • Proactively anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
  • Creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects Graf UK Ltd's values and brand image
  • Managing deliveries and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a reception or concierge position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic administrative tasks
  • Flexibility to work fulltime hours, including very occasional evenings
Salary £20,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience
