Cyber Security Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager - £85k - Flex and Kidderminster / Dudley


I'm a cyber specialist recruiter keen to hear from an experienced Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager, or an MSSP/ SOC Operations Manager, who's interested in working in a Managed Security Services operation, where a sizable technical team are deliveringIntrusion Detection / SIEM / other technical Security Services to their clients.


We're keen to talk to an Operations or Service Delivery manager, who may or may not be technical in origin (we'd value that but you don't need to be current in skill) and who's worked delivering customer satisfaction, managed customer cyber projects, andtake responsibility for internal schedules, projects, cover and rotas etc.

  • Able to motivate and manage MSSP / Cyber / SOC team
  • Able to build and deliver service reviews whilst taking actions back to the team
  • Discuss SOC use cases with customers then taking actions back to the team
  • Driving the team to meet SLA's and able to build reports to measure key metrics
  • Driving the team to deliver actions


You'd ideally be working in a client facing capacity atm delivering complex cyber services, and being the escalation point / project lead for some of the new services and roll-outs in your domain.
