What you'll be doing:


Working as part of a team to manage journeys that have been identified as being technically complex journeys, you will be key to ensuring that the customer is kept up to date, utilising your technical knowledge and skill to drive the journey forwards to completion.


The key goal is to understand, take ownership and actively reduce the need for customers to contact us, resolving issues quickly and keeping customers updated through proactive case management.

You will liaise with the field teams, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner by triaging incoming activity and scheduling appropriately.

Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role as you will be communicating with numerous teams across the business and relaying relevant information back to the customer.


What you should bring to the role:

  • Previous
    experience in a customer focussed role, working under pressure to meet demanding targets

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
