Description

Assist with the delivery of soft strip, demolition and asbestos removal projectsfollowing instruction from Contracts Manager.

Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing high-profile demolition works and managing a team of operatives/chargehands while following the Site-specific plan of work and Standard Operating Procedures.

Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and arranging cover for all duties in periods of absence.

Supervision of Demolition and nonlicenced (CAT B) asbestos removal projects from inception to completion in accordance with Contracts Manager instructions and Plan of Work.
Supervision of all works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivity.
Maintain personnel RPE/PPE
Coordinating tasks and ensuring adherence to safe work method statements and risk assessments.
Employ various technical skills required as part of the site specific risk assessment in accordance with HSE guidance and Asbestos/Health and Safety legislation
Carry out all works and disposal in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and Sitespecific Method Statements.
Ensure all site paperwork is completed and kept up to date (e.g. site/equipment/mask inspections) and that site layout and project is carried out as per Method Statemen.
Liaise with clients, other subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve productive outcomes for the project.
Providing reports on works completed.
Resourcing plant and material for the works, including programming the works. All other duties as required
Must have full driving licence.
Salary and terms £ per day depending on experience
