The Role...

Our Oakhouse Customer Care Team are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team based at their Head office in Chippenham.

If you love being part of a team, enjoy working in customer service and helping/ advising customers over the phone this is the role for you.

This role is an office-based role working 9-5 Monday - Friday.

What You'll Be Doing...

To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers.
Handling customer's incoming and outgoing calls in a confident and professional manner
Making outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner.
To match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service.
To be part of the Customer Care Team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
To be required to send out daily mailings to our customers and assist in the wider business.

What You'll Need...

Previous customer service/ telesales experience preferred but not essential
Must be a good listener and be able to communicate at all levels.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
Previous experience of B2B and B2C environments is advantageous. Knowledge of SAP preferred but not essential.
