Are you ready to take the reins in guiding projects from inception to completion? The MEEL Group is seeking a dynamic individual to step into the role of Pre and Post Contract Lead, driving excellence in both pre-contract preparation and post-contract execution.

As a Pre and Post Contract Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects exceed expectations and leave a lasting impact on communities.


Responsibilities:

Pre-Contract Preparation:

Lead the charge in preparing for project success, managing a team responsible for crucial tasks such as health and safety document preparation, administrative support for project planning, and coordinating meetings with key stakeholders.

Post-Contract Execution:

Transition seamlessly from pre-contract preparation to post-contract execution, overseeing tasks including minute-taking for client and internal meetings, document submission, equipment inventory management, and client communication.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Serve as the linchpin of project operations, collaborating closely with departments across the organization to ensure smooth workflows, accurate progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold our commitment to excellence by ensuring the timely completion of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals, maintaining meticulous records, and driving continuous improvement in project processes.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in project management or related fields
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance practices
