We are looking to recruit 1 full time band 3 Team Administrator who will be based at both Halesview, Halesowen and New Hill House, Stourbridge.

There is an admin rota that will allocate you to work at both sites on different days. The applicant will not be expected to drive between sites on the same day.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 administrator based within our Community Recovery Service. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals.

You will be required to have relevant knowledge of an administrative environment. You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your own workload.

Daily duties will include enquiries from clients, carers, health professionals and other agencies and minute taking.


The successful post holder will have all-round administration experience together with a good working knowledge of word processing systems, data recording, proven organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks within a small administration team.
