Description

The IT Services Department is looking to appoint an Operations Administrator within our newly established HR & Business Operations Team.

You will undertake a broad range of administrative activities to maximise service delivery to staff across a large and busy Department.

You will play a pivotal role in helping develop and promote the services provided by the team.


You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language, and experience working in an administrative role, ideally in a hybrid working environment.

The essential skills required include excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and multi-task. Excellent word processing skills and experience using MS Office programmes are also essential for this role.
