We at Optimal are now supporting our fabulous client in their search for an experienced and knowledgeable
Client Relationship Executive to join an expanding team based in
Halifax, who specialise in Live Events Technology.

Your role will be to oversee the management of third-party relationships, managing advertising requests and liaising with designers, exhibitors and technical staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining a database of events and exhibitions in the UK
  • Mastering the CRM system and keeping information uptodate
  • Providing general support to Event Executives, Managers and Directors within the events team
  • Understanding and gaining knowledge of the entire event planning process from proposal research, support writing, supporting event documentation and analysis, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and event attendees as needed.
  • Preparation and management of documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an online registration system (training for this will be provided).
  • Communicating and complying with timelines and priorities on each project.
  • Maintaining and developing positive and productive client and supplier relationships.
  • Preparing for onsite events, stationery prep, signage requirements etc.
  • Being part of a team that may need to attend client meetings, site visits to venues, and deliver onsite events in the UK and possibly overseas (weekend work and extra hours on site may be required).

Requirements:


  • Ability to own key client relationships and deliver excellent solutions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Stakeholder management including senior stakeholders
  • Meticulous, with the ability to interpret key management information, paying close attention to accuracy and detail
  • Highly proactive and able to work on own initiative without direct supervision
  • Strong IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
  • Quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with an ability to operate in a busy environment and with multiple KPIs
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority and presentation requirements

This is a full time permanent position hours with a salary of £26 - £30k DOE.
