Description

Fixed Term Contract until 31st December Hours
We have big goals over the next few years.

We're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Will you join us?

MHPP is a unique programme that brings together a range of partners to provide a variety of evidence informed, cost effective and sustainable resources that supports people's mental health at work, reduces stigma and leads to increases in productivity.

Together, we're supporting employers across the Midlands Engine region, driving engagement with a package of impactful resources which work towards helping employees to be well, satisfied, and able to thrive at work.

You'll be joining the MHPP team here at Mind to support delivery of a range of programme activity, including a key project called MENTOR.

This service focuses on supporting employees with mental health concerns or who would like to improve their mental health. This includes staying engaged, developing higher-quality relationships, and feeling productive at work.

As a team, we'll also be driving positive change in workplaces across the UK by supporting employers to sign up to the nationally recognised Mental Health at Work Commitment, and to access wider MHPP support.

This position is in line with current guidance, the post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team) but this role will retain some flexibility working from home (hybrid working).

Equality & Diversity
We value the power of diversity. We embrace the different perspectives that each of us bring.

We are creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is appreciated for being authentic and bringing their whole selves to work regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.

We are committed to becoming truly anti-racist in everything we do and ensuring that all our employees are treated fairly and equitably at work and promoting equity in physical and mental health for all.
