The Best Connection is recruiting for a
Call Handler for a Logistic company in Cannock on a Permanent basis.

You must have at least
1 years experience within a similar role. As part of the interview process you will be required to carry out competency testing on site.


The role will include:


  • Handle high volume inbound calls from customers in a polite, helpful and knowledgeable way
  • Manage and process customer orders and enquiries
  • Understand and identify sales opportunities and liaise with external sales team accordingly
  • Contact manufacturers to check part number stock availability & prices
  • Liaise with customers of order progress
  • Liaise with Technical for advice when applicable
  • Processing payments whilst acknowledging confidential legalities
  • General admin duties

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.

Pay is £20k with an increase to £22k after 6 months.

Due to location you must drive.
