Thames Primary Academy
***- We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner at Thames Primary Academy & Nursery who can help give our children the best possible start in their early years.

- Are motivated and praised for both their effort and achievement
- Can make mistakes and see them as learning opportunities
- Have access to an exciting EYFS curriculum that is tailored to meet their need
- Can learn in a setting which is state of the art and exceptionally well resourced

- As part of a professional team, assist in working with children on their education and social development and provide a high quality of care.
- Effectively communicate with early years pupils to encourage social, educational and physical development and acceptable behaviour.
- Contribute to the planning of activities for the session, day or week.
- Lead in the practical learning and play activities of individuals or groups of children.
- Conduct all activities in a professional manner at all times.

- A supportive and skilled staff team
- A broad range of internal and external CPD opportunities
- A chromebook laptop for personal and professional use
- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme(EAP), delivered by Health Assured
