Description

As a Customer Services Assistant, you will be providing a responsive reception service across all our Campuses, ensuring an exemplary standard that exceeds customer expectations and maintains the College's 'Outstanding' reputation.

In addition, you will be assisting switchboard services to ensure the achievement of a minimum 95% answer rate standard.

  • Be a team player.
  • Demonstrate a polite, effective, and efficient phone manner.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and a commitment to the delivery of a wholly customerfocused service.
  • Be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, as this role sometimes involves working alone.
