A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Support Worker to join a learning disabilities service in Mirfield, where the staff team play a key role to positively encourage development of adults who have a range of complex and diverse needs.

Details of the role:

Full Time Position
Shifts on weekends and weekdays
Location: Mirfield
Pay rate £10.60

This is an exciting and rewarding position, where you could be spending your day in a supported living setting working as part of a team alongside other care professionals to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

What are the requirements for this role?

Experience working in a similar role supporting a similar group of clients is desirable.
You will need to show you have the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Have the willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

This position is advertised on a temporary to permanent basis whereby you will complete a 12-week period with the support of AJ Recruitment, resulting in a permanent position and transferring to our client at the end of the 12 weeks whereby you will be working to a set roster, however there is often the opportunity to work overtime.
