In a nutshell you'll:


  • Working on the full project life cycle, from initial concepts and problem statements, to gathering requirements, data analysis, presentation skills, project delivery and implementation.
  • Provide support for systems queries, as well as maintenance and enhancements to Credit Card systems.
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders at different levels across the business.
  • Support implementation of innovative solutions, working on both small and large projects.
  • Analysis of business processes, including, costs, risks, and identifying enhancements.

We need you to have

  • A logical thinker, someone who is looking for the best and most efficient ways of doing things.
  • Enjoys technology and learning how things work and problem solving.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory and governance requirements into solutions and processes.
  • Flexibility, working on a wide variety of different tasks and supporting the team as required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to understand multiple perspectives and manage conflicting views.
  • Strong organisational skills: the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks/projects.
  • Confident in dealing with all users at all levels and flexible to assist other team members.
  • Flexibility to travel if required.

Any of the following, is the icing on the cake

  • TS2 / TSYS systems experience, (nice to have but don't worry if you haven't got these specific skills).
  • IT/Technology degree or qualification
  • Credit Card/Banking experience.
  • Knowledge of SAS, SQL, or VBA.
  • PowerCurve.
