Description

I am currently recruiting for a fantastic EA to join a boutique investment firm based in the West End.

My client is looking for someone to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis, which could be up to 14-months.

The role will be supporting a Partner as well as team of analysts, whilst working closely with the wider team of EAs.

There is there a degree of flexibility required in the role.

They are currently going through a particularly busy period, so they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

There is lots of travel, meetings and complex itineraries to be coordinated.

They are a friendly and hardworking team, based in a newly renovated office. They are looking for someone to start by the first week of December ideally.

The expectation is to be in the office full-time, with the potential to work from home occasionally. Salary is offering between £55k-£65k per annum.

What you'll do:

Arrange meetings, including road trips, both internal, UK and overseas
Collate packs on behalf of the Partner
Maintaining database of investor relations contact details
Type up meeting notes and compose correspondence
Coordinate multiple international trips prepare itineraries, visas, liaise with travel agents and process expenses
Work alongside marketing team on behalf of Partner to collate marketing materials and presentations
Events management (alongside other EAs)
Ad hoc personal requests
Work closely with other EAs and support where need be

Who you are:

High attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously
Energetic, optimistic happy to work alongside a dynamic and busy team
Hardworking
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience as an EA/PA/TA, ideally within financial services
Flexible and 'can do' attitude
Willing to muck in
