Our clients based in North Essex is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organised individual to join their finance team.

Experience working with Sage 200, Excel and MS Office


Responsibilities:

Process purchase invoices via Sage:


  • Keep excel spreadsheets up to date:
-
Produce reports on outstanding PO's:

-
Reconcile suplier statements:

-
Banking:

-
Payment Reports:


  • Other tasks as assigned by the finance manager

Required Skills:


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. This position will require extensive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
