Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
£9.90p/h
Temp position - Immediate start
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor, this position is to start immediately.
Duties to include;
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay uptodate on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Being able to work in a team
- Patience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Friendly and tactful personality
- Being able to handle complaints and difficult situations
