Description
We have an excellent position for an experienced credit controller on the outskirts of Bishops Stortford.


The role:

  • Log invoice queries
  • Ensure customer statements are sent monthly.
  • Liaising with customers and keeping up to date records on Sage
  • Escalation of problem customers and bad debt where necessary
  • Credit limit reviews for customers
  • Downloading all sales invoices
  • Downloading daily bank statements
  • Keeping all banking records updated and accurate to assist with audits.

The person:

  • Credit control experience of 5 years or more is essential.
  • SAGE line 50 or equivalent experience
  • Professional, friendly, assertive manner whilst dealing with customers.
  • Methodical and organised

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bishop's Stortford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)

- credit control: 1 year (preferred)
