Reporting into the Head of Department, your role will be key in supporting all credit control functions; assisting in the arrears process and working to ensure overall debts across the portfolio are kept to a minimum.

Your core duties will include:

Supporting the PM team to ensure enough cash flow for each site
Liaising with solicitors and instructing based on client instruction
Working closely with accountants and managers to provide an efficient and high quality service to clients
Ensure targets are met in line with KPIs
Creation and weekly monitoring of payment plans for leaseholders where required
Collate financial reports to present to the PM team
