Role Type: 6-month contract

We are looking for an onsite support specialist who can work with one of our clients from their Edinburgh office.

The following will be the job role

Responsibilities:

Provide daytoday software and hardware support to the users, including troubleshooting software issues and offering solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate closely with users to understand their unique business processes and requirements and configure the software systems accordingly.
Work with back end teams in Dublin Office and Indian office to deliver support and any customisations.
Perform software installations, updates, and configurations, and assist users with these processes as needed.
Clean up the data in the ERP system with powerful Excel/data cleaning tools

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing software support and hardware support to clients.
Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and implementations a plus)
Hands on experience in client handling and customer support
Process consultancy background a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Effective communication skills
