We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join our development business on a major scheme in Central London.
- Assist in collating material and data as part of project reporting on Social Impact
- Assist in Data collection and reporting
- Assist in the administration of coordinating events with local community partners
- Assist in preparing communications for internal and external audiences
- Assist in the creation of case studies to promote good news stories and best practice
- Assist in collating data and reports on a monthly basis across projects
- Manage the daytoday general administration of IQL & Silvertown team, organising and scheduling meetings, responding to priorities and commitments and coordinating appropriately.
- Ordering of stationery, distributing post and arranging archiving
- Submitting expenses for the Senior Leadership team
- Formatting and drafting of documents as required
- Liaising with EAs and admin staff of all levels across the business
- Ad hoc admin duties as directed
- Work closely with the EA of the Silvertown Team
Required Skills:
- Selfdirected and able to prioritise
- Strong analytical skills, rigorous approach to data collection
- Business minded, able to articulate
- Ability to influence and be seen as a sustainability advocate for the organization
- Professional approach when dealing with both internal contacts and external clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- A proactive and helpful attitude is key.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Understand confidentiality requirements
- Technical knowledge and entry level experience in social impact and sustainability
- Knowledge of property development and construction
- Demonstrates the skills of organisational awareness and collaboration to build key coalitions, works constructively with colleagues, able to assemble and influence very diverse teams around a common goal
