A fantastic opportunity for Helpdesk Administrator to join a fast-paced reactive services company based in Southwest London.

The ideal Helpdesk Administrator will enthusiastic and well-motivated.


Responsibilities

  • Upsell our services to new and existing customers
- keep accurate records of customer interactions using the organisations software, process customer accounts and file documentation relating to jobs.

  • Assist the supervising teams with diary management of engineers.
  • Taking payment for services.

  • 20 days holiday per year increasing yearly on completion of each of service (max 25).
