About Our Client:

We are working with an established business based in Oldham, established in the Manufacturing and Production industry.

Supplying to a wide range of retailers in a fast moving market, they are looking for someone for their Service Coordinator role to provide exceptional levels of customer service.


Key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator are:

  • Responding to calls made for support in the field
  • Order processing parts that will be needed
  • Communicating delays or damages to the manager
  • Dealing with Customer queries in an efficient and timely manor
  • Prepare and supply quotations
