Here at Reed we are currently recruiting for a Part-time Customer Service Advisor for a company based in West Swindon on a temporary basis.


Type:
Temporary - 12 months


Pay:
£10.09ph


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am

  • 3pm OR 10am 4pm(30hrs per week)

Start date:

ASAP

Based:
Hybrid - Free on-site car parking (Hybrid once trained)


Location:
Windmill Park, SN5 6PE


This contact centre is an inbound contact centre taking a wide range of queries from company car drivers through varying contact methods.

They provide a one-stop shop with an aim of resolving queries first time to the highest industry standards. If you arepassionate about Customer Service and have previous phone experience, this job could be the perfect fit for you

You will handle a wide range of queries and questions from customers mainly over the phone.

Examples of some of these are as follows:

  • Drivers who have broken down
  • Drivers who require tyre and glass replacement
  • Drivers whose vehicles require service, MOT and repair
  • Invoice queries and requests to take their vehicles abroad
  • Other general queries from drivers about their lease vehicle
  • Suppliers validating customers and asking questions
Once experienced on inbound calls there is some booking confirmations and booking related admin that is managed in between calls and the opportunity to learn some other inbound calls skills
