What will you be doing? With your professional telephone manner and excellent communication, you will be the front-line voice dealing with a wide range of different telephone calls.

You'll be taking inbound calls and webchats via digital platforms to interview clients to ensure the right advice is given.

You will be part of a close team of advisers who will mentor you through the training process and beyond.
