  • Working within a team of Advisers, contributing to the development of the organisation and ensuring that the organisation provides the best possible service to presenting clients
  • Advising and supporting clients seeking information and advice on a range of issues and assisting the client to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved by beginning an interview with appropriate exploring and profiling techniques
  • Keeping up to date with relevant developments in the information areas to ensure that the client receives the most up to date support and advice
  • Delivering advice through multiple channels whilst maintaining the expected standard of quality and service
