20 Hours per week (8am-10pm S/O 6am-8am - 10am-2pm) Female only - Driver Required** Susan lives in her own flat and receives 24hr care. She is looking for people to join her team who are vigilant, determined, resilient and challenge orientated. Team members must be confident in their abilities and able to articulate instructions well. Susanlikes structure and routine, it is important that you are committed to maintaining this, have good attention to detail and can manage any unexpected or unplanned situations in a calm and positive way.

She requires support with all aspects of her care, including personal care and medication.

Susan has strict dietary requirements that calls for a lot of diligent support around the preparation and consumption of food and drink.

Susan's passion is her DVD's, books and magazines, this is her peaceful place and something that is extremely important to her.

She also enjoys, on the odd occasion, to go to the cinema or theatre, however this can be a time of heightened anxiety for Susanand must me managed well with reassurance and encouragement.
