We are responsible for the employee life cycle of doctors and dentists joining the Trust ensuring new doctors are welcomed and supported while working with us.

Your day may include checking a doctor's pay, rota or answering queries such as leave queries. You will gain knowledge in Terms and Conditions for Doctors, how the hospital runs on a daily basis.

While this is a specific skillset we will support you along the way to develop your knowledge. The keys skills you will need to bring are to be organised and to able to communicate clearly.

You could be in a recruitment or HR role, looking for a varied role where you can use your transferable skills.

We are a friendly and supportive team who pull together to help one another. We have team briefings where we share knowledge and discuss HR/recruitment related topics. We striving to improve processes and make the service more efficient.


You'll be part of the hospital community and play a vital role in ensuring we have doctors in post to treat our patients.

Some elements of the role are routine, some are more complex and will require you to use your explorative and problem solving skills.


This is a full time role and due to the high volume of work resulting from the annual doctor's induction, mínimal annual leave can be taken July and early August.
