My client is currently recruiting for a Transport Fulfilment Agent to join their team.
The position is to start in January and is temporary for approx 6 months. It is full time hours.

You will initially attend 6-8 weeks of training Bristol based. After training, you will be required to travel around the South West area spending 1 week at each site.

All expenses will be paid for including mileage, car hire, accommodation, etc

Duties include:
Taking orders from customers - business and public

Processing orders

Answering phone calls

Allocating drivers to routes

All round general administration and customer service duties

Skills & Experience required:

Previous administration and customer service experience

Demonstrate a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers.

Computer literate with experience using MS Office.

Clear communicator - good written communication.

The role would suit someone who is flexible and is confident to work with different people at different sites each week.
